I never managed to get rid of the extra couple of stones I put on after the birth of my son - he's two and half now - and I'm getting desperate!!!
I'm a size 16 and I'd love to get down to my pre-baby size 10 ASAP!
Don't care how crazy, just help me!

Yes. Eat less and exercise more.
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your
initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your diet is
still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
It really depends on your body type. for me, as long as I eat healthily and exercise LOTS i maintain a good weight and a thin body at the same time
Hi, the key is to burn more calories than you consume. Of course that is easier said than done.
Many women found the Flat Belly Diet on http://www.prevention.com to be helpful.
Good luck.
be patient and realistic billie, you gotta lose weight safely,at least to be there for your son!change your lifestyle for good, because its easier to lose weight rather than avoiding weight gain. Do cardio and toning exercises in moderation at least 5 days a week and calorie shift your meals healthily by eating 5 small healthy meals a day…avoid all junk food, fastfoods and sugary drinks…you may get active in dance, martial arts and sports…
How about not crazy, just three balanced meals a day? High protein, low carb diets work well and you can purchase a book on the subject at any bookstore. Try keeping a food diary. Light cardio is all my clients use to lose 2 or 3 pounds a week.
I hope I can help you with your situation. There are a couple of things you need to realize you before you embark on your weight loss journey.
Firstly don’t think of it as a diet. In order to lose weight and keep it off you need to make a healthy lifestyle change and stick to it. There are no two ways about it.
Secondly healthy weight loss is gradual weight loss. We all want to lose weight fast but when this occurs it usually means loss of water and/or muscle. This is not good. Our body needs water and we gain it back fairly rapidly (which in turn means weight gain).
More importantly we need muscle in order to burn fat. Muscle is a very active tissue, so burns fat even while resting. You need to have a certain amount of muscle in order to burn fat efficiently. Every pound of muscle you have will burn 50 extra calories per day.
Two pounds (or 1 kilogram) of weight loss is generally considered to be healthy weight loss. There is no point in losing weight if you are not going to do it right. Otherwise you will just gain it back and then some.
There is no magic secret to weight loss. It is all about hard work, commitment, goal setting and desire. If you want to lose weight you can and you will.
This following website gives you the tools you need to develop a healthy lifestyle and maintain it for a lifetime.
Good luck and all the best with your weight loss goals

Well, you can check out http://www.FatLossReview.net for the top fat loss programs on the market.
I am sure you can find a good one there to help you get back to your pre-baby size.
Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )
