In your journey to get rid of fat arms you've probably come across a couple different types of diets. Perhaps figuring out which diet to follow created a little confusion.
You see, with all the different choices floating around, how did you know which one to choose? Now don't worry, I had to go through the same thing.
To make matters worse, all the marketing hype can further confuse you when it comes to making the right decision to get rid of fat arms because marketing makes each new fad seem like the best thing to have ever happened.
The good news, however, is that I am providing you with a critique of low-fat dieting for toned arms.
The pro is that it's easy to do-all you have to do is cut out fat from your meals.
The disadvantages of this approach:
1. Less calories burned around the clock: Without a hefty amount of dietary fat, your metabolism will plummet. Your cellular machinery requires fat to function properly.
2. Decreased brain power: Your brain needs fat in order to function properly. Not only does it need it for building blocks but also to coordinate communication between the different parts.
3. Less immunity: Without enough fat in your diet, your immune system will plummet. This is not good for getting rid of flabby arms because all the sickness will retard your progress.
4. Carbohydrates towards arm fat: This happens via an increase in insulin resistance. Once insulin resistant, your body will send more calories towards arm fat.
5. Hunger pangs: Fat slows digestion down a lot. So once you eliminate it, your food will digest so quickly that you'll end up with massive hunger waves.
The truth is that low-fat dieting is not good for getting arm tone. Instead, make sure you get plenty of fat in your diet. It simply has too much of a beneficial effect on your body, good luck!
One more thing: remember to take action quickly. You see, without action, this new information will be forgotten.
